A few highlights:
1. Stephen was patient throughout what ended up being a complicated and drawn out process, and he was helpful and reassuring with every twist and turn that came our way.

Stephen was an invaluable member of our team when we bought our co-op apartment unit in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn earlier this month. Throughout the process, Stephen was knowledgeable and diligent, shepherded us through the details of the process and various documents, and helped organize all the different parties to get this deal over the line. There were several challenges along the way and Stephen was always a helpful force pushing things in the right direct. Also a very patient, positive and funny personality to work with. In a process - buying and selling a condo - that can you leave you feeling taken advantage of by everyone, I felt like Stephen was unequivocally in my court.  He was affordable, efficient, responsive, good-natured and patient. He never increased his modest fee despite a “15-day close, all cash offer” stretching into 7 months and taking letters from his hand to push parties along.
